International Child-Placing Agencies
FCCA families have worked successfully with the agencies listed below in alphabetical order. As required by California law, FCCA has written agreements with these agencies to provide cooperative placement services. All of these agencies work independently from FCCA, and are listed here only as potential resources for families. Families may also use agencies not listed here, upon mutual written agreement between FCCA and the other agency.
Fees and processes will vary by country and by agency. FCCA cannot and does not endorse, control, or guarantee the work of any other agency or country in relation to their adoption programs. Programs and staff change over time. New agencies may become available, and formerly reputable agencies may no longe have solid programs. Therefore, FCCA recommends that families thoroughly research all of their options before selecting a child-placing agency.
