Lindsay Andino is the Branch Manager at FCCA’s Carlsbad office. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of LaVerne and a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in children and families. She originally joined the FCCA team as a Social Worker in the San Luis Obispo office. She moved to the Carlsbad office where she continued her work as a Social Worker and later became Branch Manager. Lindsay is dedicated to the children and families that she serves. She finds great joy in being able to help families navigate the adoption process and all of the joys and challenges that come along with it.

When Lindsay isn't at work, she can usually be found spending time with her husband and sweet pug, Debra. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, relaxing on the beach, and riding her motorcycle.
